Problems Involving Interchanging Digits

Interchanging Digits:

The general form of a two digit number overline{ab} is

overline{ab}=10times a+b    

On reversing the digits the number becomes overline{ba}    

overline{ba}=10times b+a

As the digit at tens place is b so we multiply b with 10 and then add a.
